For those who want to participate in Everyday Aliveness but do not want to or are not able to join for the full three months, you are welcome to sign up for one-month modules. You will be able to join the live calls with the full group and will have access to all of the content for the month that you choose to join. If you do not want to join the live calls, you are welcome to sign up for a module and work through the content on your own time.

We begin our journey with the trick of turning on all of our senses, and getting used to the experience of increased connection that doing so provides.

This week we explore patterns of connection, both our own habits of relating and what we can learn from the connections that occur all around us.

Blocks to Connection

This week we explore the transformative opportunities presented by disconnection, when we are able to recognize that it's happening.

Part 1

Dividing Lines

This week we do a personal exploration of the limitations of our awareness, and thus connection ability, and who falls outside of it in our normal perception.

Part 2

Meeting the Others

This week we connect with those we have exiled: the humans and non-humans we are not typically connected with, to see what awaits us there.

Part 3 

Inanimates

This week we connect with the dead ones: the inanimates we are intimately surrounded by and who support and sustain our lives.

Part 1

The Field

This week we play with experiencing everything brought into the field of our awareness as an opportunity to increase our sense of connection.

Part 2

Leaning on Imagination

This week we connect to the invisible forces that influence our lives, who may have been cut out of our contemporary sense of what is real.

Part 3

Eternal Connection

This week we learn how to perceive from an internal  "essence perspective," and the consistent sense of connection that doing so provides.
