how we connect
with what's already here
Everyday Aliveness is a home for exploring how we connect to different parts of ourselves, to each other, and to the world(s) we inhabit. It's a place to unpack the disconnection many of us have learned from the dominant culture, and find ways to expand beyond it in our everyday lives.
Integrative breathwork sessions are offered online or in-person to support you to make deep contact with what's inside you, using relaxation and conscious breathing to access and process our unconscious experience.
Virtual and in-person gatherings that explore themes of connection, expression, reflection, and aliveness. You can peruse upcoming events and past projects using the Gatherings tab.
Looking for some support to make your event or gathering feel meaningful and connected to something larger? Hire me for facilitation, ritual/design support, breathwork, or event organization.
Meet:
Em Chiappinelli
Hi, I'm Em. I offer the breathwork sessions, programs, and gatherings of Everyday Aliveness either solo or in collaboration with others. I'm inspired by the new, old, and endless ways we can learn to value and participate in the ever-present web of aliveness on this planet. Especially when we're working with & within the endless ways we've been taught to break, shrink, and disrespect our connection to that web.
My aim is to disrupt the pervasive disconnection dominating how we've learned to relate to our many selves, each other, and the world around us -- in ways that feel accessible, expansive, inspiring, and possible. This is a place to anchor the everyday ways we can remember, celebrate, and practice aliveness within the norms of the dominant culture. May each time we do so be a remembering, a shedding, a joyous reclamation, and a tiny revolution in its own right.
Whether you're wanting to go deep in a private container or explore your landscape of connection in an intimate space with others, there's something here for you.
Do you offer something that feels aligned with the things you find here? Reach out to explore collaboration with Em!
